NORMAN – The No. 20 Oklahoma rowing team travels to Clemson, S.C., for the largest event of its season, the Clemson Invitational starting tonight.

Due to expected inclement weather, the two-day regatta will begin tonight, one day ahead of its scheduled start time. Session one kicks off at 5 p.m. CT tonight, followed by the final two sessions tomorrow. The second set of races begin at 7:30 a.m. CT and the final session starting at 5:00 p.m.

The Clemson Invitational features 21 Division I teams including Big 12 rival Tennessee, No. 4 Ohio State, No. 9 Virginia, No. 12 Wisconsin, No. 13 USC, No. 15 Washington State, No. 17 Indiana and No. 18 Syracuse.

This marks the sixth consecutive year that the Sooners will race at the Clemson Invitational.

OU won every race it competed at the Big 12 Double Dual last weekend, finishing a perfect 7-0. Though the meet was cut short due to inclement weather, the Sooners’ 1V8 and 2V8 each won a pair of races along with the 3V8, 1V4 and 2V4 all picking up victories.

Live results can be found on HereNow.com and fans can watch a live stream on the Clemson Rowing Facebook page.
