NORMAN – 124 Sooner student-athletes completed degrees during the spring semester at the University of Oklahoma.

The OU Athletics Department held its annual Max Weitzenhoffer Student-Athlete Graduation Reception Friday evening, a chance for student-athletes across all sports to celebrate their accomplishment together.

"This University has given us so much," said OU soccer's Shiloh Price. "We all kind of went through the same thing together and all can relate to each other. It just feels like a really big family and it's fun that we've all been through it together."

Of the 124 graduates, 115 received undergraduate degrees and nine completed post-graduate degrees.

After the reception, many of the Sooners attended OU's annual Commencement ceremony at Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium.
