NORMAN – The No. 18 Oklahoma wrestling team is set to face its thid top-15 opponent this Sunday at 2 p.m. when it takes on No. 5 Missouri inside McCasland Field House.

OU is coming off the Midlands Championships where three Sooners ended competition on the podium. Davion Jeffries (149 pounds) was the top finisher for Oklahoma, placing third, while Clark Glass (165 pounds) and Christian Moody (125 pounds) took seventh and eighth places, respectively.

Sunday’s dual with Missouri will feature two ranked bouts at 149 pounds, as No. 12 Davion Jeffries will face No. 4 Lavion Mayes, and at 157 pounds as No. 17 DaWaylon Barnes matches up with No. 7 Joey Lavallee.

The contest also marks OU’s Military Appreciation Day, as members of the military can enjoy $4 tickets as well as free drink and popcorn with proper ID.
