NORMAN, Okla. – Head coach Matt Potter and the University of Oklahoma soccer team unveiled the 2014 signing class on Tuesday, Feb. 11. The Sooners are set to welcome 10 standout student-athletes from four states for the 2014 season, including three signees from Oklahoma, four from Texas, two from Kansas and one from the state of Florida.
OU's new group is expected to make an immediate impact when they arrive on campus. The group brings a varied skill set from the high school and club ranks while adding student-athletes to the Sooner roster that have been described as "hard-nosed," "powerful," "competitive," and "versatile" in turns.

Victoria "Tori" Bowman arrives at Oklahoma as a part of an OU legacy, but with the goal of making a name for herself. The Colleyville, Texas native is the younger sister of current OU midfielder Emily Bowman.
A powerful midfielder, Bowman is a four star recruit and a top five recruit in the state of Texas. Bowman's high school team has been regional semi- and quarterfinalists, while she has helped lead her club teams to four top-three national finishes.
Born in Grapevine, Texas, Bowman hails from Colleyville, Texas and is the daughter of Kirk and Nancy Bowman. She has two siblings, Emily and younger brother Alan. Bowman's father Kirk played football at Penn State from 1980-83 and was a member of the Nittany Lion's national championship team in 1982.

A standout student-athlete at Marcus H.S. in Flower Mound, Texas, Madeline Brem is a four-star recruit and three-time All-District selection. The 28th-ranked player in the state of Texas by Top Drawer Soccer, Brem helped lead her team to district titles in 2011 and 2013 and regional finalist appearances in 2012 and 2013.
An athletic and outstanding defender, Brem was a key component on her club and high school teams as a two-time Defensive MVP.
Brem was born in Oklahoma City, Okla., and currently calls Flower Mound, Texas home. The daughter of Gary and Samantha Brem, she has an older brother, Connor.

A technical and competitive defender from Rowlett, Texas, Byrd has led her 5A high school team to a high level of success at the district and state level throughout her career. Her team has won two district titles and two Bi-District championships while making it to at least the second round of the playoffs two times.
Byrd is one of two OU signees this season from D'Feeters Soccer Club in Dallas, joining Madeline Brem at Oklahoma. She has also been honored as a standout cross country and track and field participant at Rowlett H.S.
Hailing from Rowlett, Texas, Byrd is the daughter of Peter and Patty Byrd. She has an older brother, Jordan, and a younger sister, Peyton

Crawford is a four year varsity letterwinner and has made huge contributions in her time at Mustang H.S. in Mustang, Okla. Her 2013 campaign saw her named All-Metro Conference in Oklahoma City as she helped lead her team to a first-place conference finish and a fourth-place effort at the state level.
Crawford was also an accomplished cross country runner throughout her high school career. While at Thomas Dale H.S. in Chester, Va., she was the top runner for her varsity cross country team as a freshman and sophomore. After transferring to Mustang H.S., Crawford was a top-five runner for her varsity squad and helped lead the team to a state runner-up finish in 2012 and a sixth place effort in 2013.
A native of Mustang, Okla., Crawford is the daughter of Erika Crawford and has one sister, Kathryn. She plans on majoring in pre-physical therapy at Oklahoma. Crawford's late father Richard played for the Citadel soccer team from 1986-90.

A dynamic goal scorer with outstanding work ethic, Jackson is a four year letterwinner for Round Rock H.S. She was her District's Newcomer of the Year and Offensive MVP in separate seasons, and has been her high school team's MVP for three consecutive years. A two-sport standout, Jackson also excelled in basketball as a second-team All-District pick and her team's MVP in 2013.
Jackson helped lead her club team to five state titles from 2007-11 and a U-15 ECNL national title in 2011. Her squad qualified for ECNL National Championships in 2012 and 2013 and earned Texas Conference titles in those same seasons.
Jackson hails from Round Rock, Texas. She is the daughter of Steve and Anita Jackson and has three siblings: Zac, Chandler and Chase.

Luallin is a four star recruit from Kansas that posted a breakout season in 2013. She was an all-district and all-state second team selection as she led St. Teresa's Academy to a district championship and a Kansas state runner-up team finish. Luallin also aided her club team to several outstanding efforts throughout her career, including Kansas youth soccer state titles in 2010 and 2011.
Luallin was born in Kansas City, Mo., and currently resides in Leawood, Kan. The daughter of Scott and Rita Luallin, she has two older brothers, Luke and Tommy. Her cousin Lauren Willis played basketball at OU under Sherri Coale.

Hailing from Norman, Okla., hometown player Kali Newman was an all-district selection in 2013 as she helped her team to a district title at Norman North H.S. She has also been part of two teams in her high school to make it to the state quarterfinals in 2011 and 2012. Newman's strong 2013 season carried over to the club field as she helped Fury '96 to an Oklahoma state title.
Newman is the daughter of Greg and Shirley Newman and was born in Oklahoma City, Okla.

An electrifying player from Ocoee, Fla., Roberts broke her high school's overall record for goals in a year (boys or girls teams) with 50 goals in a single season. She was a two-time all-conference first team selection in her division while serving as a two-time team captain at Ocoee H.S.
Roberts has helped lead her club team to outstanding heights over her career. Her U-19 team is currently ranked third in the state of Florida and in Region 3 and 52nd in the country. In 2013, Roberts' club team won multiple tournaments, including the Disney Soccer Showcase Qualifier and the Adidas Columbus Day Classic. In 2012-13, her team placed seventh in the ECNL overall. Roberts also aided her USYS team to a state finalist appearance in 2012 and a quarterfinals appearance in 2011. She was the TopDraw ESPY winner among Team of the Month honorees in 2011.
A native of St. Thomas, Jamaica, Roberts resides in Ocoee, Fla., with her parents, Rohan and Raquel Roberts. Rasha's twin brother Rohan, Jr., has committed to the University of South Florida to play soccer next year.

Salazar rounds out OU's listing of three student-athletes to sign from the state of Oklahoma this season. She joins from Broken Arrow. H.S. and the TSC Hurricane, the same high school and club that produced current Sooner standouts Shiloh Price and Madison Saliba. An early enrollee at OU, Salazar was a two-time all-conference and all-district pick at Broken Arrow H.S. while earning three varsity letters. Salazar is described as being a technical and savvy player and is a four star recruit.
A native of Tulsa, Salazar is the daughter of Ken and Brenda Salazar. She has two older siblings, Sarah and Carl. Salazar's sister Sarah played soccer at both UCLA and Kansas and was a U-15 and U-17 National Team member.

Webster joins Luallin as one of two signees from Sporting Blue Valley in Kansas City, Kan. A versatile player noted for being extremely tough, Webster is a four star recruit and a four year starter at Kearney H.S. She led her high school team to the state semifinals in 2013, three conference titles from 2011-13 and two district championships in 2012-13. Prior to her time at Sporting Blue Valley, Webster was also a four-year starter for the KCFC Futura as she aided the squad to three consecutive state titles in 2009-11.
Webster hails from Kearney, Mo., and is the daughter of Jim and Nichole Knox. She has two siblings, Braden and Ashlee. Webster plans on majoring in nursing at Oklahoma.
