NORMAN, Okla. -- The sixth-ranked Oklahoma wrestling team (7-1 overall, 2-0 Big 12) will look to rebound from its first dual loss of the season as it heads to Corvallis, Ore., to take on No. 24 Oregon State (7-4 overall, 2-0 Pac-12) at 1:30 p.m. CT on Saturday inside Gill Coliseum.

Ranked Competitors
The Sooners, who fell to then-No. 9 Northern Iowa on Sunday, 19-17, enter the dual with seven probable starters ranked in the top 20, according to the latest InterMat and The Open Mat polls.

OU's ranked starters include Cody Brewer (No. 8/8 at 133 pounds), Nick Lester (No. 15/20 at 141 pounds), Kendric Maple (No. 2/2 at 141 pounds), Justin DeAngelis (No. 19/19 at 157 pounds), Andrew Howe (No. 1/1 at 174 pounds), Travis Rutt (No. 3/3 at 197 pounds) and Ross Larson (No. 17/15 in heavyweight).

Redshirt senior Jarrod Patterson is also ranked, coming in at No. 7 at 125 pounds, but is out with a knee injury. Freshman Sean Williams will replace Patterson in the lineup and make his first dual start for the Sooners.

Oregon State has four ranked wrestlers in its lineup, including No. 12/16 Scott Sakaguchi (149 pounds), No. 11/9 RJ Pena (157 pounds), No. 13/11 Taylor Meeks (197 pounds) and No. 15/17 Amarveer Dhesi (heavyweight).

OU vs. Oregon State Series
Saturday's dual marks the 19th matchup between the Sooners and Beavers, with OU leading the all-time series 14-4-0. The last meeting on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2010, saw OU win by a score of 25-6 in Norman.

Matchup to Watch
Redshirt junior Justin DeAngelis, ranked No. 19 in both the InterMat and The Open Mat rankings, will look to upset No. 11/9 RJ Pena at 157 pounds. DeAngelis is 13-3 overall this season, including a 7-1 mark in dual competition, while Pena has a record of 25-4. In his latest match against Jarrett Jensen of Northern Iowa on Sunday, DeAngelis erased a 9-2 deficit after two periods to force overtime before winning by sudden victory, 17-15.
