Cheese Bites
Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 11 min
Makes: 12 servings, two topped crackers each

• 3 oz. KRAFT Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
• 1/2 cup  finely chopped cooked chicken breast
• 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce for Buffalo wings
• 24   RITZ Crackers
• 2 Tbsp. KRAFT ROKA Blue Cheese Dressing

CUT cheese into 12 slices; cut each slice diagonally in half. Toss chicken with sauce. Top crackers with cheese and chicken mixture.
 
PLACE 6 topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on HIGH 10 to 15 sec. or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with remaining topped crackers.
 
DRIZZLE evenly with dressing. Serve warm.

Prep Time: 5 min | Total Time: 6 min
Makes: 8 stuffed cookies

• 16 CHIPS AHOY! Real Chocolate Chip Cookies, divided
• 2 squares  BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, chopped
• 2 tsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
• 16   JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

PLACE 8 of the cookies, flat sides up, on microwaveable plate. Top evenly with chocolate, coconut and marshmallows.
 
MICROWAVE on HIGH 30 sec. or until chocolate is almost melted. Cover each with second cookie, flat side down, to make sandwich; press down lightly to secure. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec. or until cookies are warmed and chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
 
SERVE warm. Or, cover and refrigerate 5 to 10 min. or until filling is set.

Makes: 8 servings

• 2 cups broccoli slaw
• 1/2 cup  MIRACLE WHIP Dressing, divided
• 1 loaf (16 oz.) French bread, cut in half lengthwise
• 1 pkg.  (12 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Bologna
• 2   tomatoes, sliced
• 8 KRAFT Singles

MIX slaw and 1/3 cup of the dressing.
 
SPREAD remaining dressing onto bottom half of bread; top with the slaw mixture, meat, tomatoes and Singles.
 
COVER with top half of loaf. Cut into 8 pieces to serve.

Makes: 24 servings, one potato skin each

• 6 medium baking potatoes, baked
• 2 Tbsp.  oil
• 1 jar (15 oz.) CHEEZ WHIZ Cheese Dip, heated
• 1/4 cup  OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup  green onion slices

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. (Reserve centers for another use.) Cut shells in half crosswise.
 
PLACE shells, skin sides down, on baking sheet; brush insides of shells lightly with oil.
 
BAKE 15 min. or until golden brown. Top evenly with CHEEZ WHIZ, bacon bits, sour cream and onions.

 Printable Cooper's Famous BBQ Chicken Recipe 
   
Cooper's Famous BBQ Chicken
Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 1 hour, 50 min
Makes: 5 servings

• 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
• 1 broiler-fryer chicken (3 lb.), cut up
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
• 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, chopped

POUR dressing over chicken in resealable plastic bag. Seal bag; turn to evenly coat chicken. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove chicken from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
 
PREHEAT grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce and chopped pepper; set aside.
 
GRILL chicken 40 min. or until cooked through (165°F), turning occasionally and brushing with the barbecue sauce mixture during the last 15 min. of the grilling time.

Makes: 8 servings, one slice each

• 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Dressing
• 1/4 cup KRAFT FREE Italian Fat Free Dressing
• 3 cups shredded lettuce
• 1 loaf  French bread (1 lb.), cut in half lengthwise
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fat Free Bologna
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
• 6 KRAFT FREE Singles
• 1 green pepper, thinly sliced

MIX dressings.
 
TOSS lettuce with 1/4 cup of the dressing mixture; set aside.
 
BRUSH cut sides of bread with remaining dressing mixture. Cover bottom half of bread with lettuce mixture; top with meat, tomatoes, Singles and peppers. Cover with top of loaf. Cut crosswise into eight slices to serve.

Bull's Eye Ultimate Grilled Burger
Prep Time: 10 min | Total Time: 28 min
Makes: 4 servings, one burger each

• 1 large onion, sliced
• 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 2 fresh jalapeño peppers, chopped
• 4 hamburger buns, split
• 4 KRAFT DELI STYLE American Cheese Slices
• 1/4 cup KRAFT Peppercorn Ranch Dressing

PREHEAT greased grill to medium heat. Place onions in center of 18x12-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Top with 1 Tbsp. of the barbecue sauce. Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside; set aside. Mix meat, peppers and 1 Tbsp. of the remaining barbecue sauce; shape into four patties.

GRILL patties and foil packet 14 to 18 min. or until patties are cooked through (160ºF), turning patties over after 8 min. and brushing occasionally with the remaining barbecue sauce. Remove foil packet after 15 min. Add buns, cut-sides down, to grill. Cook 2 min. or until toasted.

CUT slits in packet to release steam before opening packet. Spread bottom halves of buns with dressing; cover with burgers, cheese, onion mixture and tops of buns.
