BROOKWOOD, Ala. - The University of Oklahoma women's golf team concluded play in the second round in seventh place at the Alabama Capstone Intercollegiate in Brookwood, Ala. The Sooners are being led by junior Allison Johnson and sophomore Lisa Meldrum, who are currently tied for eighth place.

Johnson shot a 78 in the second round, while Meldrum carded an 81. Sophomore Hope Edge is in 45th place with a score of 171 and senior Wendy Martin is tied for 64th place with a score of 178. Freshman Emily Milberger has a score of 182 going into the third round and is in 76th place.

The Sooners will conclude play at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday off tees one and 10.
