NORMAN, Okla. - The Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) opened this year's competition with the T. Rowe Price National Intercollegiate Clay Court Championship. This prestigious event is held in Pikesville, Md., and is hosted by the Suburban Club of Baltimore County. In the first round of the men's doubles competition today, Sooners Rick Warren and Charlie Roberson fell to Ed Carter and Alex Osterrieth of Arizona State, 1-6, 6-1, 6-4.

The OU duo will be in action tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. EST. The pair will face Tennessee's Andy Cruz and Peter Handoyl in the consolation round of the tournament.
