Lloyd Noble Center Parking and Traffic Flow Plan
New parking procedures at Lloyd Noble Center will go into effect for the 2002-03 OU men's basketball season. Following is a list of parking policies for the rest of the season:
Approximately 900 newly paved parking spaces have been added to the west side of the Lloyd Noble Center this season. The majority of this lot is available, at no charge, for general public parking.
All Sooner Club parking is now located in the designated locations close to the arena on the east, west and south sides. Sooner Club parking is issued to men's basketball season ticket holders who make an annual Sooner Club donation of at least $250.
Sooner Club permits are good inside the entire designated donor area, except for reserved, numbered spaces on the south and southwest corner of the arena. This area is designated for Bud Wilkinson Society members, who gift at the $10,000 level annually. Attendants will be stationed at each donor parking entrance and will be available to answer any questions in regard to locations.
Disabled parking is primarily located on the south end of the arena and is a part of designated Sooner Club parking. A regular disabled parking permit will allow patrons access to these reserved spots, which are clearly marked.
Traffic flow after each game will be handled in the same manner as last year (and is referenced on the map at the top of this page). Traffic on Imhoff Road will be directed strictly to the west out of the western lots and strictly to the east from the eastern lots. Similarly, Jenkins Avenue will be directed only to the north from Imhoff, and only to the south from the southern lot and G.T. Blankenship Way. Motorists taking G.T. Blankenship Way to the west can turn either left or right once reaching Chautauqua Avenue.
