Rain Suspends Bedlam Match

NORMAN, Okla.--The men's tennis Bedlam match has been suspended due to rain. Oklahoma and Oklahoma State squared off at 6 p.m., but the weather ended play shortly after.

The Cowboys are ahead of the Sooners in all three doubles matches. At the No. 1 slot Oleksandr Nedovyesov and Daniel Byrnes lead OU's Rob McKenzie and Federico Chavarria 2-1. In No. 2 doubles Nathan Byrnes and Artsem Burmistrau are up 2-1 on Sooners Andrei Daescu and Vaclav Kucera. Competing at No. 3 doubles, OU tandem of Marek Velicka and Ryan Thomas trail OSU's Dmytro Petrov and Ivan Puchkarov 1-4.

The match has been rescheduled for Tuesday, April 17 at 4 p.m. at the OU Headington Family Tennis Center.
