NORMAN, Okla.-- The Sooner soccer team and the OU Athletics Marketing Department have numerous promotions set for this weekend's games against No. 25 Missouri (8-3, 3-1) on Friday, Oct. 10 and Kansas (8-4, 2-2) on Sunday, Oct. 12.
OU has seven games remaining and Friday's contest, slated for 7 p.m., is the first of five that will be played at home. Sunday's game will begin at 1 p.m. and the gates for all home games open one hour prior to the start time.
On Friday, the first 500 fans will receive an OU pom pom and the game will be followed by a post-game autograph session with the players and coaches.
Sunday is Sooner Kids Club Day where there will be special pregame activities for all members in attendance. In addition, kids eat free on Sunday with a free coupon available at the gate that can be used at the concession stand.

Since starting the season at 1-2, the Tigers are 7-1 and ranked No. 25 in one of the four soccer polls (Soccer Times). The Tigers are 3-1 in conference play (tied for second place) after topping Colorado, 1-0, and Texas Tech, 2-0, last weekend at home.
The Jayhawks started 2008 with five consecutive wins but have struggled in the last seven games with a 3-4 mark. Last weekend at home, Kansas downed Texas Tech, 2-0, before it suffered a 2-0 defeat to then-No. 17 Colorado.
