NORMAN, Okla. -- 2009 has been a big year for the Oklahoma men’s tennis program. In June, OU named John Roddick as the 15th head coach in school history. In September, the Sooner family celebrated the dedication of the Gregg Wadley indoor tennis pavilion.
As a courtesy to Sooner fans, gives you a behind-the-scenes’ look at some of the things that make OU tennis the successful program it is today.
Follow senior Blake Boswell, assistant coach Silviu Tanasoiu and strength and conditioning coach Jozsef Szendrei as they share with you the newly completed 55,000-square-foot Gregg Wadley indoor facility, which gives the Sooners an indoor/outdoor tennis complex that few universities enjoy as well as the Barry Switzer Center, Bud Wilkinson lounge and much more.
