NORMAN, Okla. - A duo of Oklahoma men's golfers competed at the Monroe Invitational Championship over the weekend at the Monroe Golf Club (6,787 yards, par 70). Senior Parker Foster (Tulsa, Okla.) and junior Martin Flores (Mansfield, Texas) were among the field of 66 competitors which was made up of top ranked amateurs, college and international players.

Foster shot a final-round 74 on Sunday to finish in a tie for 43rd with a final score of 296 (+16). Flores tied for 50th overall in his second tournament of the summer after carding a fourth-round 72 to finish with a total of 299 (+19).

Flores and senior John Kidwell will be competing at the 35th Dogwood Invitational at Druid Hills Golf Club in Atlanta, Ga., on June 24-28.
