NORMAN, Okla. -- The baseball game between Oklahoma and Kansas State on Friday has been postponed due to severe weather in the Norman area. The game was slated to begin at 7 p.m. but entered a weather delay at 6:54 p.m. and was eventually called at 7:50 p.m.
The teams will now play a doubleheader on Saturday with the first game scheduled for a 1 p.m. first pitch at L. Dale Mitchell Park. All tickets purchased for Friday’s game are good for admittance on Saturday.
The second game will begin 30 minutes following the completion of game one. In addition, the first game on Saturday will mark Military Appreciation Day, but because of the doubleheader, the baseball clinic has been cancelled.
Sunday’s series finale is scheduled for 1 p.m. All three games of the Kansas State series will be broadcast live on KOKC 1520 AM.
