Ware To Throw First Pitch At OU-Nebraska

NORMAN, Okla. -- After earning his second national title in three years, OU wrestler Teyon Ware, will be throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the OU-Nebraska baseball game scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. on Friday at L. Dale Mitchell Park in Norman. 

"It's an honor, I'm excited and really looking forward to it," said Ware. "Hopefully there will be many more to come."

Ware ended his junior campaign with his second NCAA title, a season record of 32-3 and a career record of 85-12.

The game against the Huskers will be televised by ESPN, Cox channel 29.
