Danielle Robinson had a career game in points, rebounds and free throws. Robinson scored 36 points from 10-for-22 field goal shooting and a 16-for-16 performance from the free throw line. She also had nine rebounds.
Robinson entered the game with 19 consecutive free throws made and had 16 straight in the game to break her own Oklahoma program record (previously 30 consecutive)for consecutive free throws at 35.
Robinson’s 16-for-16 free throw performance was the most free throws made ever by a Sooner finishing 100 percent from the line.
Amanda Thompson passed the 250 career assists milestone with her three in Saturday’s game. Thompson entered the game with 249 and now has 252. All-time, she is the only Sooner to reach that number of assists and also have 100 blocks and 100 steals in a career.
