OU Head Coach Sherri Coale

On the game:
"The second half for us was really a different game than the first half. I really wasn't happy with our defense in the first half. Our goal coming out of the locker room was to go out and do a better job in the second half. LaNeishea Caufield started the 26-0 run for us. That was what it took to win this game."

On the depth of the team:
"The quiet strength of this team is our depth. We have a lot of players that can step on to the court and score. We had six players today that put up double figures for this team and that is what it takes to win games. We have a balance of players that people recognize us for."

OU Sophomore Guard Stacey Dales

On the game:
"Our intensity capitalized on the other team's players. They only had eight players to play with and that's what I think turned the game around."

UALR Head Coach Tracy Stewart-Lange

On the game:
"We came out ready to play and I was pleased with our performance in the first few minutes of the game. We let down on defense and gave them too many second and third chance shots. In the second half, we knew we needed to regroup and do a better job on the boards and our post defense. They have a great inside game and strong players and we let up on our end When you play a good team like Oklahoma on the road, you'll pay for it like we did in the second half."

On the Trojans' condition:
"Conditioning is a factor in every game. Not to make excuses, but it is finals time and some of these kids are playing 38 to 40 minutes a game. We counter that by letting up a little in practice. On the road, you've got to go with what you've got which hurt us mentally as well as physically."
