NORMAN, Okla. - The 12th-ranked University of Oklahoma softball team returns to action Wednesday afternoon against the North Texas Mean Green. First pitch from the OU Softball Complex is set for 5 p.m. CT.

Oklahoma leads the all-time series with North Texas 17-0.
A LOOK AT OKLAHOMA
The Sooners enter Wednesday's contest at 15-3 on the year. Oklahoma's only losses are to ranked opponents. Freshman Jessica Shults leads the Big 12 with 32 runs batted in. Shults also has a team-high eight home runs. Freshman Brianna Turang carries the team in batting average (.429) and stolen bases (10-for-10). Oklahoma's pitching staff has a combined 1.60 earned run average and is holding opponents to a .165 batting average.
Oklahoma welcomes Utah and Northern Iowa for the Oklahoma Spring Festival this weekend. The Sooners also host UMKC on Monday in a single game beginning at 5 p.m. CT.
A LOOK BACK
Oklahoma went 4-1 on the week with wins against Tulsa, Nevada and two victories over No. 18 Louisville. OU's only loss was a 1-0 decision to in-state rival and No. 20 Oklahoma State.
