NORMAN, Okla. - The 21st-ranked Oklahoma men's tennis team takes on Wichita State at 1 p.m. Sunday, March 7, at the Headington Family Tennis Center.
The Sooners (7-1) have won five-straight matches going into Sunday's showdown with the Shockers and look to remain unbeaten at home after defeating five teams ranked in the ITA top 50. That streak includes wins over, then, No. 50 Arkansas, No. 20 Alabama, No. 32 Oklahoma State, No. 43 Minnesota and No. 48 Indiana.
OU goes into Sunday's match ranked in the top 25 for the first time since the 2007 season. In addition to the Sooners lofty ranking, OU possesses three singles players ranked in the ITA top 75.
