  Oklahoma Notes

• The matchup was the first between Oklahoma and West Virginia as Big 12 Conference foes. The two teams met previously on Nov. 26, 1989, with West Virginia winning 83-65.

• Oklahoma connected on a season low two of eight 3-point attempts, but made 31 of 39 free-throw attempts as West Virginia fouled 32 times. The 31-of-39 performance from the foul line was the largest mark by the Sooners since hitting 34 of 42 (.810) against Oral Roberts in a 107-76 victory on Dec. 3, 2005.

• Oklahoma's starting five scored 70 of its 71 points.

• Oklahoma won a game while making fewer than 20 field goals for the first time since Jan. 19, 2011, when it beat Texas Tech 71-61 after a 19-for-59 (.322) performance from the field.

  Sharane Campbell

• Campbell matched her career high with 12 rebounds and scored 17 points for her second career double-double. Campbell also had 20 points and 12 rebounds against Oklahoma State on Feb. 4, 2012.

  Aaryn Ellenberg

• Ellenberg's 9-of-10 free throw shooting were career highs for makes and attempts.

• Ellenberg's career-long streak of games with 20 or more points ended at three. Ellenberg scored 19 points without making a 3-pointer. She entered the game ranked third nationally in 3-pointers made per game.

  Nicole Griffin

• Griffin had three blocks, her second time reaching the figure in the last three games. Griffin has 97 blocks for her career and trails Angi Guffy (1992-95) by two for fifth most all-time by a Sooner.
