Post Game Notes

  • Oklahoma improves its overall record to 6-2 and cuts its all-time series record to 3-4 when playing Stephen F. Austin. The Sooners have won three straight games against the Ladyjacks.
  • Oklahoma's Caton Hill and Erin Higgins will have surgery to repair their torn ACLs on Dec. 19.
  • Oklahoma improves its home winning streak to 25-consecutive victories. Iowa State was the last team to defeat OU at the Lloyd Noble Center on Jan. 6, 2001. The men's basketball team is also on a 25-game home winning streak.
  • Stephen F. Austin's Amy Collins (52) had seven blocked shots tying the school's record for most blocked shots in a game.
  • Senior Theresa Schuknecht had her second double-double of the season with 20 points and 12 rebounds.
  • Junior Maria Villarroel has led the Sooners in scoring in four of the last five games. She grabbed a career high of nine rebounds and has scored 20 plus points in four of the last five games.
  • Oklahoma grabbed a season high o48 rebounds while holding Stephen F. Austin to a season low of 24 rebounds.
  • Including tonight's game, OU sophomore Dionnah Jackson has dished out five or more assists in every game except one this season.
