  • Sophomore guard Dionnah Jackson hit a career-high five three-pointers. Her five treys made matches teammate Laura Andrews for most threes made in a single game by an OU player this season. Jackson's previous high was three against ORU earlier this season.
  • Junior guard Maria Villarroel had a career best of 10 rebounds.
  • OU's first half three-point field goal percentage (45.5%) was the fourth best this season.
  • Head Coach Sherri Coale ended her eight-game losing streak to Iowa State with a 61- 48 victory today. Iowa State was the only Big 12 opponent that Coale had not defeated since becoming the Sooners' head coach in 1996.
  • Oklahoma held Iowa State to a season-low 4.3 three-point field goal percent, hitting only one of 23 treys. ISU's one three-pointer made is also a season low while its 23 attempts is a season high.
  • Iowa State's .300 field goal percentage is a season-low.
  • OU had nine 3-pointers made for a second straight home game. In fact, the Sooners were 9-24 outside the arc in each of its last two games games.
  • Oklahoma had 16 assists on 18 field goals, its best assist to field goal ratio of the season.
  • OU ends its two-game losing streak and goes to 7-4 when playing inside the Lloyd Noble Center this year.
  • OU takes its overall record to 16-10 and Big 12 mark to 7-5.
  • Today's attendance of 5,234 ranks fifth high for this season.
  • Oklahoma welcomed back 31 former women's basketball players to today's game. Alumni players include Mandy Wade-McDonald, Jackie Farley, Teresa Turner, Kimberly Jones-Barr, Vee Sutton Price, Terry James-Ragland, Saundra Parker-Cobbs, Susan Whitehorse-Johnson, Janet Whitehorse-Tippeconnic, Jenny Bramer, Jana Brady Strange, Molly McGuire Snively, Bonita Turner Wright, Marla Duncan, Amanda Hopkins Owen, Lee Brock Hawes, Shelley Thomas-Tipps, Joyce Parker, Desiree Taylor, Alice Roach Owens, LaNae Jones Price, Laura Rushing Jacobsen, Sunny Hardeman, Jamie Talbert, Jennifer Cunningham, Lisa Allison, Shonika Breedlove, Elissa Walker Campbell, Jamie Graves Burtner, Mary Lane Olsen and Rosalind Ross.
