The Sooners have allowed only 17 second-half points in three games this season.
OU's opening drive of 14 plays and 80 yards over 5:30 was the longest scoring drive of the season in terms of plays and time of possession. It was also the first score on an opening drive by the Sooners this season.
OU has scored in 10-straight quarters, including every quarter of each of its last two games.
OU's Tony Jefferson (14) and Javon Harris (11) are the first OU defensive backs to both have double-digit tackle totals in the same game since Jemell Fleming and Jonathan Nelson accomplished the feat against Texas A&M (11/6/10).
OU held Kansas State to its first scoreless quarter of the season, breaking a streak of 12-straight quarters with at least one score by the Wildcats.
Tonight's attendance of 85,276 is the eighth-largest crowd ever at Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium and the 82nd consecutive sellout.

Landry Jones
Landry Jones' touchdown pass give him 98 for his career, passing UTEP's Trevor Vittatoe for 17th-most all-time in NCAA FBS history.
With 298 passing yards tonight, Jones (13,151) moved past Central Michigan's Dan LeFevour (12,905) and Houston's Kevin Kolb (12,964) to move into 9th place in FBS history.
With 278 yards of total offense, Jones (12,837) moved ahead of Louisiana Tech's Tim Rattay (12,618), Baylor's Robert Griffin III (12,620) and Luke McCown (12,731) for 15th on the FBS career list.
 
Kenny Stills
Kenny Stills' 60 receiving yards makes him sixth all-time in OU history, moving past Eddie Hinton (1966-68) with 1,936 career receiving yards.
 
Sterling Shepard
Sterling Shepard started for the first time in his Sooner career and set career highs with seven receptions for 108 yards, leading all receivers.
Shepard became the seventh freshman in OU history to go over 100 yards receiving. OU freshmen have accomplished the feat eight times overall. Ryan Broyles was the previous freshman to do so, gaining 141 yards at Cincinnati (9/6/08).
Shepard's 108 receiving yards ties him with Mark Clayton (vs. Baylor, 10/20/01) and Tinker Owens (vs. Nebraska, 11/23/72) for fourth-most receiving yards by a freshman.
 
Tony Jefferson
Tony Jefferson totaled 14 tackles, the most tackles by a Sooner since defensive back Quinton Carter had 17 tackles vs. Texas Tech (11/13/10).
Tony Jefferson set a new Oklahoma season high in tackles in the first half alone with 11 takedowns. Jefferson had 10 tackles at UTEP (9/1/12) to set the previous season high and has three double-digit tackle games in his career.
 
Justin Brown
Justin Brown totaled 48 yards on a season-high six receptions.
 
Javon Harris
Javon Harris had a career-high 12 tackles, including seven solo.
 
Damien Williams
Damien Williams caught his first career reception in the middle of the second quarter on a 10-yard gain for a first down.
 
Michael Hunnicutt
Hunnicutt kicked two field goals, the fifth multi-field goal game in his career. He is now 24 of 28 in his career.
 
  Team Notes

Saturday evening's victory at Oklahoma was the highest ranked team K-State had ever defeated on the road... It was the first win in Norman since 1997... The Wildcats are now 18-71-4 against Oklahoma, including a 7-35-3 mark in Norman... Kansas State ranks third all-time in Big 12 wins with 77... K-State is 8-8, including a 3-7 record on the road, in Big 12 openers since the conference's formation in 1996... The Wildcats are now 479-613-41 in program history, including a 163-83-1 mark under head coach Bill Snyder... The Wildcats are now 100-33, including a 99-29 mark under Bill Snyder, when ranked in the Associated Press Top 25... Since the 1992 season under Snyder, K-State is 55-5 in games played in September.
 
Kansas State extended its scoring streak to 194 consecutive games on a one-yard fumble return touchdown by Jarell Childs... The streak is the 10th-longest in the nation and the longest in the Big 12... The streak has now endured 125 conference games and 70 true road games... It was the first touchdown on a fumble return since Stephen Harrison went 85 yards for a score at Kansas on October 14, 2010.
 
The Wildcats fumble return touchdown, which started with Justin Tuggle's force on a sack, was the Wildcats' 84th non-offensive touchdowns since 1999, which leads the nation... K-State was tied with Virginia Tech entering the game, but the Hokies scored all five of their touchdowns on offense against Bowling Green Saturday afternoon.
 
The fumble return for a touchdown was one of three turnovers forced by the Wildcats Saturday evening... It was the first time a K-State team forced three or more turnovers against Oklahoma since at least 2001.
 
K-State was 3-of-3 in the red zone on Saturday night with two touchdowns and a field goal... The Wildcats are 18- of-20 in the red zone this season... Of the last 80 red zone chances dating back to last season, K-State has scored 71 times, including 54 touchdowns... Over the last 14 regular season games, K-State is 63-of-70 in the red zone with 52 touchdowns... In the last six wins, K-State is 29-of-31 in the red zone with 23 touchdowns.
 
K-State took a 10-6 lead into the locker room at halftime... It was the third-straight week K-State led at the half as the Wildcats are 3-0 when leading at the break this year... Since 1990, the Wildcats are 153-5 when leading at the half.
 
Senior quarterback Collin Klein made his 21st career start on Saturday... Klein finished 13-of-21 for 149 yards passing , while he rushed 17 times for a 79 yards and a touchdown... Klein had just one yard of negative yardage dureing the game... Klein now has 32 rushing touchdowns since the beginning of last season, which is tops nationally among active quarterbacks.
 
Running back John Hubert rushed 23 times for 130 yards and one touchdown... The Waco, Texas, product picked up his third 100-yard rushing game of the year, while it was the first by a Wildcat against an Oklahoma team since Darren Sproles had 235 in the 2003 Big 12 Championship... Hubert now has 1,426 career rushing yards, which moved him from 19th to 16th on the school's career chart.
 
Senior linebacker Arthur Brown collected eight tackles... He pushed his K-State career total to 137 in just 17 games played for the Wildcats.
