  Oklahoma Team Notes

OU is now 3-1 on the season and 1-1 in the Big 12. The Sooners are now 11-3 in Big 12 road openers under Bob Stoops.
Dating back to 2004, the Sooners are now 19-0 in games immediately following a regular-season loss. OU hasn't lost consecutive games in the same season since the final two contests of the 2003 campgain.
The Sooners have still never suffered back-to-back Big 12 conference losses under Stoops.
Oklahoma is 15-5 in the regular season under Stoops following a bye week.
Oklahoma is 72-1 all-time under Bob Stoops when scoring 40 or more points.
Oklahoma snaps a three-game losing streak in Lubbock. It's the team's first win on the road versus Texas Tech since a 56-25 victory (11/22/03).
Oklahoma's touchdown on its opening drive was the first offensive touchdown allowed by Texas Tech in the first quarter this season. Previously, the earliest a TTU opponent scored an offensive TD was 14:48 of the 2nd quarter against Northwestern State (9/1).
Entering Saturday's game, Texas Tech had not allowed more than 14 points in a single contest (49-14 vs. New Mexico, 9/15/12). Oklahoma reached 14 points with 11:08 to go in the second quarter and finished with 41.
Oklahoma entered the game with 1 interception on the season, but recorded 3 against Texas Tech. It was the most interceptions by OU since it had 3 vs. Texas A&M (11/5/2011). It was just the second time in the career of Texas Tech's Seth Doege that he threw three picks in a game.

Landry Jones
With the victory, Landry Jones now owns a 32-9 (.780) record as a starter and ties QB Steve Davis (1973-75) for the most wins in school history.
Jones finished with 259 yards and 2 touchdowns on 25 of 40 passing. Jones now ranks second in Big 12 history and eighth in NCAA history with 13,410 passing yards. He passed Texas' Colt McCoy who had 13,253 yards from 2006-09.
With two touchdown passes on the day, Jones now has 100 touchdown passes in his career, tying for 13th all-time in NCAA history with Marshall's Chad Pennington (1997-99). He surpassed USC's Matt Leinart (2002-05), Rice's Chase Clement (2005-08) and Western Michigan's Tim Hiller (2005-09) who all had 99.
Jones is now one of 3 players in Big 12 history and one of 23 in NCAA history to have 100 TD passes and 13,000 passing yards in his career.
With 259 yards of total offense, Jones now has 13,096 for his career to pass Missouri's Brad Smith (13,088 from 2002-05) for 4th in Big 12 history and 14th in NCAA history.
With his 25 completions, Jones moved into fourth all-time in the Big 12 with 1,114 for his career, surpassing Missouri's Chase Daniel (1,094).
Blake Bell
Blake Bell rushed for two touchdowns on the day, his fifth-career game with multiple rushing touchdowns.
Justin Brown
Justin Brown's 13-yard touchdown reception in the first quarter was his first since joining the Sooners. He scored three touchdowns through the air in his three-year career at Penn State.
Kenny Stills
Kenny Stills finished with 7 catches for 43 yards and a touchdown. He now has 151 career receptions to move past Malcolm Kelly (144, 2005-07) for eighth in school history.
Stills also has 16 touchdown receptions for his career, moving into a tie for eighth place with Trent Smith (1999-02) on the OU list.
Damien Williams
Making the first start of his career, Damien Williams recorded a career-high 6 catches for 82 yards, including a career-long 38-yard reception in the third quarter.
Durron Neal
Durron Neal made the first catch of his career, a 13-yard reception, in the first quarter. He finished with 2 receptions for 38 yards.
Javon Harris
Javon Harris intercepted his second pass of the season (the fifth of his career) and returned it 46 yards for a touchdown. It was his first career defensive touchdown and the first by an OU player since Demontre Hurst had a 55-yard pick six against Texas (10/8/2011).
Aaron Colvin
Aaron Colvin intercepted the first pass of his career in the second quarter.
Julian Wilson
Julian Wilson made the first start of his career and finished with a career-high 6 tackles.
Jamarkus McFarland
Jamarkus McFarland intercepted the first pass of his career in the first quarter. It was the first interception by an OU defensive lineman since defensive end Ronnell Lewis picked off a pass vs. Texas A&M (11/5/2011).
Tress Way
Tress Way kicked a 71-yard punt in the first quarter, a season long. It surpassed a 54-yarder he had at UTEP (9/1) and ties as the third-longest of his career.
