NORMAN, Okla. – OU women's golfer Kendall Dye ended day two of the NCAA Central Regional with a 76 (+4) Friday at the Scarlet Golf Course in Columbus, Ohio. The senior sits in a tie for 37th place out of 108 golfers with a two-round score of 152 (+8).
Dye, who is one stroke out of the top 25, trails UCLA co-leaders Stephanie Kono and Maria Jose Uribe by 13 shots.
A two-time All-Big 12 performer, Dye finished the front nine at three over par. Three bogeys put her at six over par through 15, but she rallied with birdies on the 16th and 17th holes to account for her four-over-par round.
UCLA holds a 10-shot lead in the team race with a two-round 574 (-2). Purdue stands in second at 584 (+8) while Oklahoma State is in third at 589 (+4).
