Rowland Wins Challenge, $5 Tickets Available

NORMAN, Okla. -- With the help from the mascot Sooner, members of the OU spirit squad and Danny Cahill, an Oklahoma native and winner of NBC's The Biggest Loser, Toby Rowland successfully ran four miles in under an hour earlier today. Rowland's official time was 43:40 in the challenge held at Academy Sports and Outdoors in Norman.
With Rowland's success, fans can now call the OU Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 456-GoOU or come to the Lloyd Noble Center starting at 5 p.m., tonight and mention the promotion code "FITNESS NIGHT" for a $5 general admission ticket (while supplies last) to the women's basketball game vs. Texas A&M.
Last week, Rowland was challenged by Head Coach Sherri Coale to run four miles in an hour.

Fitness Night at the Lloyd Noble Center
Cahill will sign autographs during pre-game festivities from 5:30-6:30 p.m., at the Lloyd Noble Center and will also perform the National Anthem.
One fan in attendance at the game will also win a treadmill, courtesy of Academy Sports and Outdoors in Norman.
