Keyed by her two-goal performance against Texas, freshman forward Logan Womack was tabbed Big 12 Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced today.

Womack, a Norman native, scored both of Oklahoma's goals in the final three minutes of play in OU's 2-0 victory over the Longhorns Sunday. Coming into the game, Texas was tied with Nebraska for the Big 12 lead.

Womack ranks first on the team in goals scored (seven) and second in points (15).

For the second consecutive week, an Oklahoma player won conference player-of-the-week honors. Last week, sophomore Jana Cunningham was named Big 12 defensive player of the week and, earlier this season, sophomore forward Shannon Wing won offensive honors.

The 9-7-1 Sooners, who set a school record for wins in a season and qualified for the Big 12 tournament for the first time ever, conclude their regular-season schedule Saturday at 7 p.m. against Oklahoma State in Stillwater.
