NORMAN, Okla. The University of Oklahoma women's golf team is in third place through the first round of play of the 18-team Susie Maxwell Berning Classic at the par-72, 6,013-yard Jimmie Austin OU Golf Course in Norman.  The Sooners recorded a 1-over-par 289 Sunday morning and trail leader Baylor (282) by seven strokes and second-place SMU (287) by two shots.
