SCOUTING TEXAS A&M
The then-No. 3 Aggies suffered a 3-2 loss in double overtime at then-No. 16 Missouri last Friday. Texas A&M bounced back two days later with a 5-1 win over Kansas in College Station. The Aggies are 3-2-1 away from home in 2007.
Texas A&M is outscoring its opponents, 30-9, and is led by senior forward Ashlee Pistorius. The three-time All-American leads the Big 12 with 12 goals and 26 points.
The Aggies return 15 letterwinners and 11 starters from last year's team that finished first in the Big 12 with a 17-6-1 overall record and a 9-1 mark in conference play. In the preseason, Texas A&M was picked to win the conference.
Texas A&M has dominated the series with the Sooners by winning all 12 meetings. The Aggies won last year's contest in College Station, 6-1, and also controlled the last game played in Norman with a 6-2 victory.
