Oklahoma Head Coach Sherri Coale
On the game:
"I am very, very proud of our team. In every single phase of the game we played with abandon. They played together, they enjoyed themselves and they played free."

On Oklahoma's versatility:
"Our versatility is perhaps our greatest weapon. Our speed and our ability to get up and down the floor helped us (win) today."

On OU's assist to turnover ratio:
"Twenty one assists and 13 turnovers is a fantastic ratio. It's a great job of being sure with the ball."

On Oklahoma's defense:
"I thought we guarded them very well. We stayed with the man pressure to wear them down in the second half."

Oklahoma guard Stacey Dales
On the referees calling the captains together:
"The official told us she and her crew didn't want to call fouls every time down the floor. They told us to clean it up or that's what was going to happen."

Oklahoma guard LaNeishea Caufield
On the play of the guards:
"We just attacked. I don't think it was because it was Texas, we play that way in every game. We strive on our pressure defense and that's something that we really worked on in practice the past couple of days and I think it showed."

Texas Head Coach Jody Conradt
On the game:
"I think we got beat by a really good team. Oklahoma played really well today. If they can play better than they did today, I don't want to be in the building."

On the guard play:
"A total mismatch from the guard play today. Our guards didn't play well enough, but a lot of that is because of the tremendous guards that Oklahoma has, we are at a total disadvantage there. The game started and ended right there."

On Bower's foul trouble:
"With a freshman I believe you have to save her for the second half. We have made some great comebacks this year and I believe our best shot at one today was with her in the game."

On Oklahoma's style of play:
"They play very aggressive on both ends of the court. We needed to get the ball down low more and just weren't able to do it, give credit to their defense."

On Stacey Dales:
"If she was in any kind of slump she came out of it today. She cannot play better than she did. She is in conference mode now."

Texas Forward Stacy Stephens
On the game:
"It was very physical. Jamie Talbert and Caton Hill are great players and they did a good job defending us today."
