OU NCAA Women's Basketball Tickets Are Going Fast

Norman, Okla. - Due to the overwhelming demand of the 2002 NCAA First and Second Round women's basketball tickets the University of Oklahoma has announced that only 2,500 tickets remain for this weekend's action at the Lloyd Noble Center. All seats are reserved and the cost for all session tickets is $20 for adults and $15 for youth 12 and younger. Everyone entering the facility must have a ticket.

Tickets may be purchased online at www.SoonerSports.com, over the phone at 325-2424 or 1-800-456-4668 or in person at the east box office at the Lloyd Noble Center.

If advance tickets were purchased individuals may pick up their tickets at the North Will Call window at the Lloyd Noble Center from 3-5 p.m. on Thursday, March 14, from 3-6 p.m. on Friday, March 15 and Saturday they will be available starting at 2 p.m.

Opening Saturday night action at 6 p.m. will be No. 9 seed Villanova (19-10) and No. 8 seed Pepperdine (23-7). Top seed Oklahoma (23-7) will host No. 16 seed Hartford (16-14) at 8:30 p.m. The winners of game one and game two will meet Monday, March 18, at 8:30 p.m. for the right to advance to the NCAA West Regional in Boise, Idaho.
