NORMAN – A total of 23 home games for the University of Oklahoma baseball team have been picked up by Sooner Sports TV and ESPN. Nationally, ESPN will air the Sooners’ games against Texas on ESPNU on April 14 and ESPN2 on April 15. OU’s road game at TCU on April 7 will also be broadcast on ESPNU.

Sooner Sports TV released its spring broadcast schedule for 2018, which includes 21 Oklahoma baseball games across the FOX Sports family of networks and SoonerSports.tv. The Sooners’ first televised home game of the year will occur on March 3 against Alabama. SSTV will also broadcast game three of the Alabama (Mar. 4) series, Dallas Baptist (March 6), Texas Southern (March 14), Kennesaw State (March 17-18), West Virginia (March 23-25), Oklahoma State (March 27), Baylor (March 29/31) and Kansas State (May 5-6).

An additional seven SSTV broadcasts will be premium SoonerSports.tv features, which will be complete multi-camera broadcasts with on-air talent. The remaining 10 home games, including Oklahoma’s home opener against Abilene Christian (Feb. 21), will be streamed on SoonerSports.tv with audio provided from the Sooner Sports Network’s radio call.

From the press box at L. Dale Mitchell Park, veteran Sooner Sports personality Chad McKee will anchor the coverage as the television play-by-play voice of the Sooners. He will be joined by Major League Baseball veteran and former OU pitcher George Frazier, who will also get spot duty on play-by-play assignments.

Sooner Sports TV games can be found primarily on FOX Sports Oklahoma, FOX Sports Southwest and FOX College Sports-Central.
