2016 [Junior]: Appeared in 44 games, including 30 starts across each spot in the outfield … went 3-for-4 and scored a run in a win over Abilene Christian (2/24)… came off the bench for a game-tying, pinch-hit, bunt-single against No. 20 Mississippi State (3/6) at Dodger Stadium on a squeeze play… hit a walk-off single to beat Texas (4/3)... recorded his first career multi-RBI game, driving in two, in a win over Dallas Baptist (4/5)… posted a 2-for-4 day with a walk against Baylor (4/10)… put the ball in play for a walk-off, 1-0 win over West Virginia (4/22)… went 2-for-4 with two runs, a stolen base and a walk in an elimination-game victory vs. No. 5 Texas Tech (5/27) at the Big 12 Tournament. Summer 2016: Won a Texas Collegiate Baseball League championship with the Brazos Valley Bombers… posted a .386 on-base percentage in 31 games played… totaled 19 hits and 19 base on balls.

Before OU: Played two seasons at Hill (Texas) College under coach Chris Rateike… hit .360 for the Rebels in 2014 as a freshman… hit .383 in 2015 as a sophomore with a .470 on OBP… stole 26 bases in 28 attempts as a sophomore.

High School: Three-year letter winner under coaches Joey Hector and Joel Windhelm at Spring Hill High... Earned First Team All-District as a sophomore hitting .452… hit .444 as a junior and .386 as a senior… three-time All-East Texas selection… two-time All-State selection… earned District MVP as a junior… District outfield MVP selection as a senior… Academic All-State selection as a junior and senior… played for the Brazos Valley Bombers in College Station, Texas under Coach Curt Dixon for one summer and won the Texas Collegiate League championship.
